Plan to come home...

Fam and Friends...I pray that all is well!  I wanted to inform you that Kaleb has been doing great and currently weighs 5 lbs and 7 ozs.  He is on schedule to come home Monday....yes Monday!  So we are so looking forward to having him home so please continue to keep us in prayer during this transition.  We are so thankful for this journey because it has shown us the power of God and just another lesson in life.  Through God's mercy and grace, fam and friends support, and an awesome NICU team at Baptist Hospital, we are just so blessed to see Kaleb come so far. Thank you again and I look forward to posting some new pics and the "we are home" post!  Love you all!
